Diagnosing the issue

• Image thumbnails are being displayed as ‘?’. What can I do?

  Wii only supports certain types of file. If your photo is showing as a ‘?’ it means the file is not compatible. Wii can only accept JPEG files with a maximum size of 8192 x 8192.

• My thumbnails load slowly. Is there any way to speed them up?

  If your SD Card has a slow transfer speed, you should consider upgrading to an SD Card with a faster transfer speed to solve this issue.

• I can’t save changes I’ve made to photos in Mood or Doodle mode. Why not?

  These changes can only be saved in the Wii Message Board, which saves them to the console’s internal memory. Unfortunately you can’t save over photos that are saved directly onto an SD Card.
