Diagnosing the issue

• One Game Disc isn’t working on my Wii, but all the others are. What should I do?

  If this is the case, you’ll need to check the bottom of the disc – the side with no labels or writing – for any dirt or damage.

  If the disc looks dirty due to fingerprints, smudges, dust, etc. you should follow the instructions from How to clean a Game Disc… and try the Game Disc again.

  If the problem persists, or if the game looks like it has scratches or cracks, your Game Disc will need to be replaced.

• I only have one Game Disc, so can’t try others…

  Follow the instructions above first. If this doesn’t work, you may need to try the Game Disc in another Wii console.

• I can’t try my game in another Wii console…

  Unfortunately we can’t tell if the problem is with your Wii or the game. You’ll need to send us both to be repaired.

• I’ve tried the game in another Wii and it works perfectly…

  The problem appears to be with your Wii, so it may need to be fixed.

• I’ve tried the game in another Wii and it doesn’t work. What now?

  Your Game Disc will need to be repaired or replaced.
