It might be that your Wii isn’t properly connected. View our step-by-step connection guide – How to set up your Wii – to make sure everything is as it should be. Experience has taught us most problems can be solved simply by double-checking your Wii console’s connection.
If everything is hooked up perfectly, the issue may be with the game. Try using the Wii Menu and Mii Channel to see if the problem persists.
If there is no problem with the sound on the Wii Menu and Mii Channel, then there could be something wrong with your Game Disc. See the Game Related Issues section for further details.
If the sound or video problems persist, it’s likely that there’s something wrong with your Wii console, and it will need to be fixed.
