Diagnosing the issue

Something has been pulled into my Wii and won’t eject. What should I do?
Whenever an object is inserted into the Disc Slot, your Wii will automatically pull it in and it will not eject. Do not attempt to open your Wii console, as this may result in further damage.
Still have an issue?
You’ll need to have your Wii repaired, and unfortunately this is an external issue that is not covered by your warranty.
You can book your Wii in for inspection by the Nintendo Customer Support Team.
