If your Nintendo DS system isn’t recognising faces when you’re taking photos, follow the advice below.
When taking photos, there are a few things that you’ll need to do.
If you’ve followed the advice above and it hasn’t solved the problem, it may be that your camera is dirty, or that your system needs to be inspected further.
Follow the lens cleaning advice from Photos are missing pixels when I take them… to check that the problem is not with dirt on your camera.
If you’ve cleaned the lens and are still having problems you’ll need to book your Nintendo DS in for inspection by the Nintendo Customer Support Team.
