If you are having problems with a Nintendo 3DS Game Card, please follow the advice below.
Firstly, we need to check if the problem is with the game or your Nintendo 3DS. If possible, please try testing another Game Card in your Nintendo 3DS.
Please try the Game Card in another Nintendo 3DS.
If the game works perfectly in a different system, your Nintendo 3DS may be faulty and need to be repaired. You can book it in for inspection by the Nintendo Customer Support Team.

It appears that the Game Card may be faulty and need to be repaired or replaced.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to tell whether the fault lies with your Nintendo 3DS, the Game Card or both.
If the Game Card may be faulty, please check who published the game by referring to the contact details in the instruction manual. If Nintendo published the game, we’ll be happy to repair or replace it for you. Please note that we are only able to repair or replace Nintendo games.
