Diagnosing the issue

  Firstly, we need to check if the fault is with the Charging Cradle, the AC Adapter, or your Nintendo 3DS. Please try connecting your Nintendo 3DS directly to the mains power by using the supplied AC Adapter without your Charging Cradle.

• I’ve tried charging my Nintendo 3DS with the AC Adapter and it worked perfectly

  It appears that your Charging Cradle may be faulty and may need to be repaired or replaced. You can book it in for inspection by the Nintendo Customer Support Team.

  If possible, please try charging your Nintendo 3DS with another original Nintendo AC Adapter.
